Another casualty if McRae was to go could be Steve Simms? If the club have no money to pay him off they may consider making the Football Director position redundant and then use this saving towards the salary of a new coach. I'm not saying this would happen but it's a sensible business option if things don't improve quickly and attendances drop.

He clearly hasn't done a thing with our lads all pre-season and without a dedicated/ enthusiastic / talented (take your pick which one) coach I seriously doubt we'll see an improvement anytime soon. As stated on a previous post i just cant see Wilky sacking McRae and i cant see McRae walking with only 1 year left on his contract. He just cant get the performances out of players, what has he done since hes been here.......nothin.
