I say let them in, at least if we have another rugby team there they won't be moaning about the state of the pitch. Makes the stadium more financially viable as well if its being used every week.Makes total sense to me to be honest!

I also work in Stockport and every single Stockport County fan bar none hate what the Sale chairman has done to their club. I'm worried that if Salford don't let them in, they may try and get into the LSV, but i'd rather them go out of business. I really hope neither of our 100 year old clubs let them in and have to put up with the chairman of Sale throwing his weight about due to his wealth. I think F.C. United and Man Utd Reserves in the winter and Swinton Lions (sorry) and yourselves in the summer should make up the other teams in the stadium. The pitch can take it easy enough, we had Blackburn Reserves, Leigh RMI and Leigh Centurions on ours and it was like a billiard table.

I agree, especially about FC United. We're really lucky that they're not planning to move elsewhere.
