Looking at the photo on that link, I can't believe how much weight Holdsworth has lost. With all the pictures in the Advertiser I was beginning to worry he looked more like a prop forward than a half back. Looks like the new training regime is really working

| Think its a great idea, lets try and get the message out and get down there in good numbers (even if its for an hour just pop in and out) so the club continue to run such events for the kids as they are the future
