His thought process is simple, he has no choice. When he was transfer requested at the back end of last season, nobody was interested. It forced to come back to Salford with his tail between his legs. This time around he knows the Championship is his only possible move and Leigh is conveniently located for him. They'll also no doubt pay him a handsome wage too.

I just had a look on the Leigh board and they cant wait to sign 'another world class' player apparently.

I just have a hunch that MK has been very shrewd here and there is another deal in place - maybe at the end of the campaign or whenever.

Hocks wages will be £10k+ pm and Leigh - with Moi Moi and a few other high earners must be near the SC limit.

It was a general comment about the giddy atmosphere around the Leigh club over the past few months. The sun is shining brightly down at LSV and everybody's wonderful or world class there at the moment. (In the eyes of the Leythers) Good luck to them. It wasn't a reaction to them signing Hock.
