In fairness to all concerned (past & present) I honestly believe that Salford is a much harder sell than other smaller towns in Superleague with far fewer recreational choices. I can recall the club employing the guy from Warrington who had a huge impact on helping them grow their attendances. What did he achieve at Salford? I think he gave up after 6 months and admitted defeat.

We MUST change the time of our game to have a chance of filling the Stadium up.

If the derby starts at 4pm why not start the Leeds game @ 1pm or even 1.30pm?

I don't think a 1pm KO will help us much there.

Sorry to admit I was one of those who went to OT but would have normally been there yesterday . Its a tough one, but I agree that every effort should be made to make sure the two fixtures clash the least amount of times possible. I spoke to a few mates who made the same choice and it got me thinking what the figure must be - I think an extra 1-2k stayed away? Surly with only 4 united home games left, we should start to see an increase.

We need to change this to a Friday/Saturday evening 6pm that would help a great deal!

Friday 8pm for me, if it's changed. We get better attendances on Thursdays than Saturdays.

A few people I know couldn't make it because they were working. The Salford area employs a high percentage of people that work in retail and this can have an impact on numbers also.

Thinking about it we play easter monday so that's friday out the window! Maybe sat 3pm would be a decent option!

Expect Mr Vickers to make a tweet the day before the game criticising the Salford public for only buying 9 tickets.

They seriously need to change the Leeds game time. Will the RFL allow us to do it though?

Playing during the same time as the derby will be criminal.
