What about Sneyd? There was some comment about not playing Evalds as a "local" lad and now Sneyd was MOM in League Express will not play at 7 on Friday? He produced two pieces of magic for tries, put in some other deft kicks and generally played well.
What we need is a general to organise the team on the pitch, some big go forward forwards and a proven goalkicker.

I've got to say I wasn't a massive Sneyd fan up until last night. Thought he had a poor opening 20 but so did the rest of the team, after that he was fantastic!! For Friday maybe him at 6 with Foran 7 & McGoldrick replacing R.Williams at centre or Murphy at Full Back if Evalds isn't giventhe nod??

Just read that Ben Barba's in all sorts of trouble in Australia might be worth looking if he's available as he'd be just as prolific as Tomkins.

Ben Barba is currently the best fullback in the world IMO. It would be an absolutely outstanding signing, it's obvious he needs a fresh start aswell so it's not totally unbelievable that it could happen.

It wouldn't be the first time an outstanding young talent from the NRL has come over here to escape the media spotlight in Australia. If he has gone off the rails a move to Superleague would give him a new start and an opportunity to sort himself out.

Plus, we're all about the fresh starts these days with Mr Gleeson and Longy. Would be a better signing imo.
