i'm gutted, just been the club shop to pick mine and my misses match ticket and coach ticket which she paid for over the phone about 2 weeks ago, low and behold, sorry we haven't got any coach tickets left! F##KING JOKE!!!!!! well p1ssed off! so got a refund on my match tickets as well so will watch the derby instead!

our club shop is a joke ! 3 times we rung last week for tickets to batley ... all 3 times they told us they were to busy to deal with us... then when you do get down to the shop, ifit is open that is you spend 10 minuites ringing a door bell

well i've never had trouble getting in the shop but to order tickets and pay for them over the phone, then 2 weeks later go to pick them up and they look at you as if your a tool, saying we have no records of you buying them is a complete joke! I was that fuming that i drove back home, printed my bank statement off and took it back. They took £30 off me on the 27th april, which was the 2 match tickets and coach travel. The response was we can give you your match tickets but we have sold out of coach travel now. I got a free t-shirt as an apology but i'm still fuming.

the girl spoke to steve whilst i was there, said he couldn't help. My misses rang up and spoke to a woman, every woman that works there denied any knowledge of it. Anyway, wasn't meant to be, like i said i'll just watch the derby instead.

I was over charged by the shop for tickets they never even respondd to my e-mail i sent them about it. (i should have chased it up more tho).
Last time i booked over the phone and went to pick them up they couldn't find them- so they jsut took it on faith and gave me some!!
