As a Bulls fan, about 15 months ago I was praying Marwan Koukash was going to purchase our club, however I'm so relieved he didn't right now. I used to think he was a bit of character who brought some publicity to the game but he's actually a bit of an embarrassment to the Salford club in my eyes.
Goodness knows what he'll do if Salford end up getting relegated this year, but I think they're probably as likely as any of the current SL clubs to be in that million pound game against a Championship side. |

Looks like it's Watson/Sheens coaching team for the 'middle 8's' then. Guess when the season has finished, there will be an announcement of some kind. Salford should still be in Super League next season, but need to sort this mess out.

Half the squad out of contract and the other half looking for a way out. Will many be that bothered about fighting to keep Salford in superleague? Or will they see relegation as an escape route from (to use a Salford marketing term) hell?
