Just guessing on some of these points so dont quote me , but

1 it is a community stadium ? yes

2 it will be run by a council controled Stadium Management co ? yes

3 You will be what is known as an ' Anchor tenant ' , ie it has been built primarily for your use , no SCR agreeing to play there , no Barton Stadium ? yes

The Stadium Management co will run the whole complex with ultimatly the intention to make a profit , if it makes a profit , yourselves as part of the reason it was built might possibly be entitled to a share of those profits , or at least a reduction in the cost of playing there

This is in very simple terms , and in all honesty will probably never happen , but that is how most of these type of projects are ' sold ' ie LSV , Keepmoat ,KC stadium

Not so much ' brokered ' through the club , just that when the SMC are selling the catering franchise , it helps if they can state with some conviction that the facility will get some of these events , also the RFL will want the stadium to be a success for SCR , and if they can help then they will , its location is perfect , its just a pity it isn't the ' iconic ' original , as that could really have been good for RL in general and yourselves as a potential future ' Super ' club

I expect Starbug has signed up for a Premium + membership with all his concern for SCR and the stadium he must be a reds fan.

bet he'll be at the front on the walk to the new stadium on 28th Dec so he'll be first to set foot in the ground - a definite closet Red - although after a few years watching Leigh in the lower leagues you'd need a fix of some decent rugby eh?

Was searching google for a football stadium it appears people have been looking it up as the suggestions (most popular) comes up with new stadium or football stadium near trafford centre/trafford park/off the M60 in the search bar, good to see its attracting attention anyway.

Looks like the new bridge is open as from the looks of webcam earlier today they have closed the old one down. When your actually close to the stadium you notice how much Tarmac is already down are puns the site.

While it would be nice to have all red seats. It's out of the clubs hands. It's still fecking e though!

Even if not don't it matters a great deal nor will look too bad.
