We are, like many tenants in the housing market, renting from a mixture of public and private ownership. We may make sales from the programmes and maybe any extra once 5000/6000 fans pay entrance to cover the base level of the rent. Not beer sales, not food sales, nor much of the business "box" sales.

We could find it difficult to pay our way.
