| If you forget about us liking the bloke and his family for a moment, then it would be very bad news for the game for one couple to own two clubs.
To say otherwise is absurd.
I hope the Bulls find a good benefactor and prosper.
Imagine 2 clubs with the same family ownership playing when one needs two points to avoid relegation.
What happens if the family tire of the sport?

| Genuine question - Is Mrs Koukash an actual businesswoman, or do we all stop beating around the bush and accept this Bulls's proposal for what it seems to be, and that is Mr Koukash simply strengthening up for more future battles with those at the top of the RFL?
To be fair, I don't see a problem if its a genuine takeover - Ultimately, its a club getting a much needed kiss of life and jobs being saved.... It does make you wonder where it could end though??.. Can he 'advise' more 'family members' to save more cash strapped clubs and possibly even set up his own breakaway league?? - I'm sure the likes of Simon Moran and Ian Lenegan would be interested in jumping ship if the chance arose.

I am of the opinion that with the length of time, and the characters involved,in this long running saga of Bradford Bulls
that the RFL would have actively encouraged some input from Dr K
It was the RFL who provided staff and probably pointed Dr K in the direction of other staff for Salford and he himself has concentrated this side of the 'hills' - so a club in Yorkshire, with or without the opportunity to 'property develop' has come in from left field.
I think the RFL will be pleased to receive the bid.
( They may not appreciate the piece in the Guardian about questioning the 6 points deduction )

A break away league from 12 is going to be a very small league indeed.
As for the Mrs K buying the Bulls, it could work. The question would be does she have her own mind on the matter as well as her own money?
I would not like to think that my other half made all the decisions for me, it's one thing to be someone's spouse another to just be their lackey.

| Sky Sports News interview with the 'couple' was really 'cringeworthy'.
Interview was mainly with the Doctor. Mrs Koucash just smiled. giggled, and said "yeah" quite a lot. Obviously she will have nothing to do with any potential takeover, it will be in name only.
She is hardly Kath Hethrington ! !!!

Agreed. It's crazy and the interview was cringeworthy.

| If this takeover happens then I would get ready for the good doctor to jump ship with Mr Noble. Bradford has a bigger fan base and more potential in the good doctors eyes. Unless Salford can start attracting 10000 crowds regularly, then Bradford will be his new home in the not too distant future.
For Salford's sake. let's hope they are unsuccessful in their bid.

So a woman's worth is based purely on her looks and how often she smiles? I'm guessing that, if the same were applied to men, you'd be pretty worthless yourself.

You aren't on your own REDRUM. I've thought long and hard over this but I just can't get my head around it. If it's to just win another vote on the marquee signing rule it seems an expensive manouvour.
Is there a visionary on this forum who could possibly explain the potential benefits to the Koukash's of owning both Salford and Bradford?

Warrington fans are just amazing. Few of us know what Marwan is going to do next - probably not even the man himself - but Warrington fans have this uncanny ability to tap directly into his mind and know exactly what he's thinking.

No to both parts of that question.
