It really is hard to believe, and it just shows how some people's imaginations work overtime.

They're obviously looking for someone to blame when things don't live up to there expectations, but for the like's of Dantes Inferno to believe so strongly that JW is taking home a tidy profit and has a hidden agenda just depicts the low average intelligence of society today. People need to go back to school. Learn how to READ & construct a sentence, and actually THINK about what they're saying, while trying to absorb some common sense were possible, because it's that sort of attitude and opinion which is dragging society and SCR down.

I've never been to a board meeting or been involved in any way with the inner workings of the club, so I don't know whether he runs the club with his head, his heart or any part of his body. However, it seems you do, so, if you were John Wilkinson and you were running the club with your head and not your heart, what would you do differently? For each thing you'd do differently, tell us where you'd get the money to pay for it. And, just to make it more interesting, you can't use the words "sack", "Simms" and "Tarry".

As far as I'm concerned it's your continual repeating of the "we need change" mantra that I take issue with - not that I disagree with you, I don't think anyone does, but just continuing to repeat it without anything constructive or remotely realistic is pretty annoying.

Agreeing/disagreeing is fine. In fact it's quite healthy on a message board. However, blindly repeating a quite stupid point long after it's been uncovered as an indesputably stupid point is... well... quite stupid.

I don't think he is saying that, just pointing out that some people can't see the wood for the trees, as someone who is a director of three social enterprises, I know how difficult sometimes to separate your head from your heart, but sometimes you have to make hard decisions, I believe in the enterprises and co-founded two of them (not including Salford City Radio) so they are like my children and I would assume JW has a similar view of Salford only he has put a lot more money in than I to the social enterprises. We are lucky that we follow Salford with our hearts and don't have to use our heads, and the club maybe mismanaged in some people's opinions, but it is still there for us to support and that is because of JW's heart not his head.

As soon as you realise you've said wrong, you back track, change your story and attack something else. You base all your post's on your feelings toward's the club and what you think goes on behind the scenes, this is wrong, All's I have ever done is explain why it is without JW the club would have had substantially less financial backing and would not have survived without his input. The club loses money. He has kept it afloat.These are fact's. That may not be how we want the club run but considering the economic climate and looking at every cornerstone business that has announced future/current bankruptcy (Woolworth's - GAP - AVIS - Goodyear - etc) since the recession began, we've done pretty well.

I fully understand what you are saying, but what you are saying is wrong. Have you read none of my previous post's. I agree change is needed, but change is not possible simply because our board are up-to there necks in it.

You say you respect JW's passion and this is why the club has been managed poorly. You don't know that, and you do not respect the chairman's passion, as your previous post's state, and I quote:

You need to make your mind up and get your story straight. You also need to read my previous post's properly, digest them, and then think before you fire away with your finger's.
