Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike
SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied

Yes but generating an atmosphere isn't the important bit , looking nice with rows and rows of shiny seats when empty is much more important than that

| Went to a party in Sale Moor last night and got talking to someone local who fancies going to visit the new stadium when it is open as he thinks it looks like a quality venue.
He did come up with a brilliant name for it when he asked what would it be called and I said that it didn't have name as yet he suggest the 'Salford Shhit Farm Stadium' in homage to the sewage treatment farms all round it, |

Imo you get a much better view of what's going on on the field from behind the goal imo, you see the gaps, you see the players positional sence, a trained eye can spot a forward pass, and you can see who is at fault when a tackle is missed, so many times somebody misses a tackle and from the view of the shed and we don't know if its the inside or outside defender who is @ fault it all depends on the height of the terrace mind but imo the northstand is the best view in the ground currently.

Hi, just wanted to let you guys know that there is a Rugby Super League player’s poker tournament to raise money for Help the Heroes at Huddersfield Grosvenor Casino on Monday 27th June 7:30pm. Nearly all the Super league stars will be there battling against each other in a competitive game of Texas Poker. Visitors and fans are more than welcome to watch and make a night of it.
