I just think the guy lives on another planet and has become a comedy act. I'm just glad he's nothing to do with saints.

Point me to another superleague chairman or member of the governing body who has provided the sport with as many column inches in the relevant or national press in the last two years?....essentially the length of time he has been involved in the game.
Even as Salford fans we don't agree with everything he says or suggests but you cannot deny that he attracts media attention....something which has been in short supply's or a good number of years. |

For me it isn't the game that is getting the column inches it is Marwan that gets the attention.
The fact that Salford / the game appear in the press is secondary.
The question is : does the scepticism directed at the man do more damage than the good generated by the game being put in the press spotlight ? To me the answer is increasingly 'yes'.
