It's blatantly obvious the bloke didn't enjoy Hull, however Salford will be totally different proposition for him. It sounds like a little time out of the game has got the fire and appetite back in his stomach. Only a one-year deal too, so hardly a disaster if it doesn't work out.

That's one monster pack and a few in reserve. Big question is will they all want it enough?

TBF you are right about the 2nd point, 9 overseas players in very disappointing and I would be saying the same if we had that many at my club (personally I feel 7 we have is too many).

I also can't believe there is a fan who is claiming that you have the best pack in SL over the last 15 years, I don't think you have the best pack for next years SL, I'd take Wigans pack over yours anyday of the week, younger, more motivated and not weak at hooker unlike Salford.

I think the guy who suggested we have the best pack ever was just a troll. But we do have a good pack. Its not as good as the top 6 teams packs but its impressive for what we're used to.

Our pack has good potential but we should know from experience it's all about delivering on the field every week and not just having what looks like an impressive team sheet.

He was pretty poor for us, (HKR) didn't seem in a good place despite Sandercock being a mentor to him at The Knights.

Imo the quality of the league worsens every year so to bring back players like Dobbo Locke Cory is good for super league.

What's the situation with Matt Groat, is he still coming from West Tigers? Noticed he's the only player on the club website without a profile. Already got a profile for Patterson and he only signed a couple of hours ago.

Have a feeling that the likes of Dobbo, Chase, and Locke could score plenty if they play off his elbow. Strong with a great pair of hands. If we get the Cory who's head is in the right place (As it doesn't seem to have been in Hull) he'll do very well. Formidable second row and loose for next season, with depth too.
