| Where would Soward fit in? Can't see him playing at lock as he's just not big enough.
as KOTS says if we don't get a specialist #13 Dixon has the skill sets to become a very good option.

| Dixon sounds a better bet than Rapira. A known quantity & can expect him to play 80 every week for pretty much the entire season too.
I have no faith in anything Barker writes...That said, I honestly appreciate the fact he manages to get the team in the paper every day. No such thing as bad media!
Besides, we cannot possibly get anyone else in the quota.

| Jordan Davies is coming along very nicely and could also do the loose job.I believe Rapira has bulked up and can be used as prop.At least that was the plan with him at the Warriors.

Not a bad option and he'd a good goal kicker and hoofs it a mile from the hand.

Think Mullaney will be the Goal kicker but certainly having a good kicker at loose will give great options. The other positives with Davies is he is very good in the tackle/contact and being an ex RU Centre has a decent amount of pace.I rate this lad and given a full pre season to prepare for a Rugby League season i can see him being a big player for us next year with his ability to cover several positions.

| Wakefield situation seems to be getting worse by the day so can't blame Tuson for having second thoughts. I bet nobby and the dr are hanging back for Danny kirkmond. Unfinished business for us there. Rather have kirkmond than tuson.

| Horrible as it sounds but London going should signal to someone at the club too look at Dixon.
Also as importantly id get a tie in with the Skolars as there does seem to be no little talent down there, if we don't a Wigan or Leeds will.

Talking to a lad who knows Davies at the game last night, he mentioned that he was the goal kicker at Sale and had a massive boot on him. I've not seen his kicking game but is nice to have options.
I agree with the above I think he will be a key player next season, he certainly puts in the big hits and his passing accurate.

| Out of he current squad, I'd pick Dixon at loose all day long. I reckon Davies with a bit more time under his belt could become an excellent 13.
Ps Rapira is a prop.
