Seriously, have you ever seen a worse reaction to a potential transfer? We make a bid for a player, Cas either accept or turn it down. Why their fans seem to think this is somehow different to any transfer in the history of the world I'll never know. Sunday should be interesting!

This isn't MK finest moment IMO .

One thing I know a lot of Salford fans have is empathy with Cas/Wakey as although our current good fortunes are nice we have been on the wrong end of our best players being poached for the best part of 40 years.

I hope MK's sometimes unsubtle quotes/actions don't lead opposition fans to generalising the attitude of all Salford fans.

I love MW for saving the club but I can understand people's hostility towards us as our rise in fortunes seems to be clashing with Cas/Wakey struggling , it's just human nature ! Although some of this hostility is very twisted and lame.

We've had plenty of dark times , we were saved .
We're owed a good period in our future even if only a decade.

I just hope as a set of fans we can show the rest of SL that we have a bit of class , appreciate massively our upturn in fortunes and not rub it in anyone's face . Cos it could be taken away as quickly as it was given . ( apologies for glass half empty final sentence)
