Not strictly true, at the very least Wilky would have to sign the transfer documents for his shares, the appropriate forms from Companies House to resign as director & chairman etc., Admittedly that could all be done by someone else acting with power of attorney though. |

Wrong Walshy - If you had Bank Guarantees in a Company for thousands of pounds and you had lost control of your shares in the business then you would want an agreement to secure financial indemnity with the buyer wouldnt you? Very reckless otherwise.

So as per your final sentence his whereabouts are irrelevant like I said. Or if he wanted to sign the documents off himself they could be scanned over to him to be signed off and returned whether he was in Beijing or Broughton. |
