Nothing to get excited about this time really is there? Last time was the start of a new era etc, and 3 years later the club hasn't really progessed on or of the pitch. This time it will be more a feeling of relief than celebration.

| Just been dropped in a teleconference at 11  Will have to have the Beeb or the fishal site on and read the text updates ( assuming there are some ! ) best not get asked any questions.
Might be one of those quiet moments as people talk graphs & charts when suddenly someone screams in joy, then again if we don`t get a Franchise then screw it i`m off`t pub !! |

I have to disagree with your comment.
In 2009 the team won 7 games, in 2010 we won 8 and this year we have 9 wins already. I am expecting Salford to improve again with a hard working and up to speed coach like Matt Parish at the helm.
Off the field is the new stadium being built not progression? . . hopefully the new stadium will help the club attract more decent players in the next couple of years and perhaps new sponsors and alot more through the turnstiles. Further to this the club recently announced the Media City shirt sponsorship which I believe is the biggest in British RL history at club level.
Why the constant negativity from so many Salford supporters? . . and while i'm on it where is that seriel whinger Lance Todd? Who you don't see for dust on here if there is any positive news or discussion! Today's license news will be devastating for the pretend Salford supporter.  |
