Well done Salford on getting your highest score in the Superleague (so far!)! There was some great interplay between Gibson and Henry at one time and our old pal Matty Smith didn't do too badly either.

yes the willows isnt mick potters fav hunting ground is it lol!great superb performance tonight to put the off the field dog poop aside on here for a change! like mentioned elsewhere,the backs might score the trys but the forwards win the games,and we were very strong tonight with cash leading the way,and even feka getting stuck in a bit more!!! heres to stuffing wire next week too!!!

The atmosphere was immense considering the droves who bailed for the derby ! They'll be back for the plum fixture on friday no doubt ! I guess white rose don't really understand the problems we have at Salford being right in the middle of the territory of the most successful club in modern english football.

credit to the team & to the 2,000 odd Salford fans who were at the Willows, fantastic performance to savour and a great atmosphere in the shed made by the loyal supporters.

Guess I'll consider myself disloyal then Some of you lot need to take your heads out your ar$es. I love Salford RL & I love Utd it just happens that Utd came first. A Manchester derby at Wembley is a one off and a huge game so I don't begrudge any City/Utd fan choosing it over Salford .

Some of you on here hate Football which is fine with me, just don't come out with that holier than thou e because of it.

Anyway, well played reds (of the RL variety). Great win & hopefully we'll give Wire a hard game on Fri. I just hope I'm allowed in to watch it after my act of treason today!!!

Excellent performance against not just the most woeful Bradford side to visit The Willows in my memory but IMO one of the worst top-flight sides I've seen at The Willows in many years. However, you can only beat what's put in front of you & we certainly did that in style yesterday. Many of the headline performances came from the backs, Gibson & Henry terrorised them down that right flank while DJ & Smith completely bossed the game but your backs can only do that on the back of a dominant pack & last night our forwards were excellent throughout. Wagga's really given us an extra edge at 9 but for me Stephen Wild was the man of the match yesterday; solid in defence & dangerous every time he had ball in hand, superb show.

Just a shame that Utd had to take the sheen off it with such an abject performance.

Very impressed with Salford today some great atacking football. You remind me of Harlequins a couple of years ago who when the weather is good and everything sticks throw the ball around and look the Harlem globetrotters. Lovely to watch.

Need to improve the defence though. Should make the eight if you carry on like that though. My advice would be to target games that you can win and keep some players fresh and acept that you will lose some others. Once you get into the playoffs anything can happen.

Hope to see a lot of you over at the Giants a week on tuesday ( crap time for a KO), dont think we can rest too many players.
