Fielding scored 4 at Wigan in May 1979 as well. From memory Mark Henry scored 4 at Batley in '09 in the Cup.

On the second question Barney Hudson did it at Headingley in a 16-0 win in 1933 and Bob Brown did it the year after against Castleford in 18-0 win. Not sure if anyone has done it since.

So, unless anyone has anything better, Fielding in '79 and Bob Brown in '34 are the answers. Quite a club Jodie Broughton has just joined. I wonder if he's aware of this?
