Sorry to add but a person whose information I cannot doubt in this (yes the usual foaf story, I know ... but the source is a share holder at the club) has also told me that Bailey is expected out all season and Anderson's back problem may never go away.

If he does well then we should promote him to assistant coach for remainder of season (providing McRae comes back and stays) ready to take over as Head Coach from next season onwards.

Has anyone ever thought that Alan Hunte might not want to become a Head Coach with all the pressure it comes with? He's doing a very good job as Head of youth development. Isn't there a chance he might prefer to have job security? |
