Why?
I personally think it's a good bit of business by the club. Pick a team with no away following and get as many Salford fans in The Willows as possible.
I don't see the problem.

I'm with you King of Birchwood.
Last home game which ties in nicely with our history against the french who gave us our famour "Nickname", it leaves open the willows to allow as many Salford fans in as possible which should hopefully be a large number and there's also a good chance of us turning them over, thus leaving on a win.
I see the argument for one of the big teams but this will do me.
I dont think it will be the last game somehow anyway, i can see us having one last game there after Les Cats, either play off or Special game like Hull v NZ when they left the Boulevard.

They'll be no banter and I would of wanted the last game at the Willows to be against a top team, good support from both sides, a lot of banter and a great game of Rugby on the pitch. |

last game at the willows will be whatever we make it. Doesnt matter who the opposition are. Bring your flags scarves and tickertape. And dont forget the tissues as there will be a few who shed a tear me included
