I just long for the day it gets started after what seems like countless false dawns.... if only to stop people asking me 'so what's happening with this stadium then ?'... taxi drivers... workmates... people I bump into whilst in Tesco shopping... Rugby U***n fans...I can't get away from the question and get asked at least a couple of times a week. I've got to the point where I just tell them I have no idea now (which to be fair I don't think many of us have had any real idea for years).
Lets just get it built.
I'll only be satisfied when I see foundations going in... we've cleared land before and all that's done is grow back.

I guess all we need now is to beat Rovers Sunday (and not freeze to death) Press Conference to announce the stadium etc next week and have a big start to the season.

I can understand your scepticism but I can't see Peel and the Council commiting themselves to several million in land remediation costs not to build on it. Yes previously there was some site clearing of vegitation but the ground remediation work is much more extensive and will take a few months to complete. |

if you looked at the app with the ref No 09/58253/OUT then you need to click on the tab marked property details then click on Related Info then click on display you will see three new ref Nos
the top one No 1 is the latest update Now click the click to view tab and you will see the info you saw last week.
