A poor attendance,seems people in Salford are not interested in R.L.The stadium and pitch was excellent,why did the teams not play in their traditional colours.Salfords left winger was a class apart,Swinton had many new players this is going to hinder their progress as it will take a long time for them gell.Good luck for the future

Just don't feed the troll, I came to the game today as I don't live far from salford so I thought I might aswell made the trip to support a club.

Despite some of the attempted tuitions at spelling and grammar, the issue is very serious.

This afternoon, Leigh and Wigan attracted 2883 punters: over a thousand more than Salford and Swinton, even though Wigan fielded a team significantly weaker than the one they put up against Salford's U20s last season and that team was well publicised in advance.

I genuinely believed that Salford wanted to retain a rugby league team in Super League, but the apathy of the Salford fans today, appears to have demonstrated otherwise.

For all the efforts of the likes of Shirley, Louise and others, sadly, they appear to be in a very small minority in the city of Salford.

I hope that the club can sort it's problems out but I really wonder if that many people in Salford really care??

Apathy was definitely a feature of today. But, given the gravity of the situation, did the club do enough to push this game?

The club (maybe as instructed by the rfl) have done very little to promote the whole save our Salford campaign. It's as if they have been told to keep it on the back burner whilst there is still a hope of potential investment.

Danny thought you were more one of the realistic fans? It was a disgracful turnout, but nothing that wasn't expected, I was in the the end near the East stand above where the 3 Swinton fans were and it was dead. No interest, no fans, no rugby league (In Salford)!

Yeah my mistake (had a few) I was in the end near the North stand. Not denying you made more noise, but it wasn't hard!!!

P.s - You had that woman who kept screeching all game so no wonder you made more noise!
