Things that suggest that he is going:
Wakefield look like losing Brough to Huddersfield so they could do with a half-back.
Lewis Palfrey is making it into the 19 man squad (possibly to get some game time so he can take Ratchford's place next season?)
Ratchford can't be happy playing centre when he and everybody else knows he is our best option at stand-off.
It wouldn't surprise me if McRae lets him go/sells him.
It was on his personal facebook and he and Turner are good friends

Things that suggest he isn't going:
He has another year on his contract.
He has friends here.
Wakefield don't seem to be in a position, financially to buy a player out of their contract

Brough is going nowhere. "No gets more out of me than Kear". I don't think anyone can argue with DB for making that statement. He knows he should never have been anywhere other than Wakefield from the start. And knows it was only his silly behavior as a kid that made him leave us the first time around.

As for SR from what i can gather he is being released after asking to discuss terms, he heard good things about Kear and the set up at Wakefield from a friend who made the move over here from what i have been told. And wants to partner BD. Potentially a very good combination.

As for the stadium. Plans drawn up and first pic's were released last week, (looks like LSV) to be owned by the community trust (a charity set up by the club to provide & improve facilities for the whole Wakefield district, cas included. headed by Sir Rodney Walker) Funding is in place, the council have donated land and pushed planning permission forward to September.
Land clearance and leveling could start as early as October, with construction commencing immediately after.
I know were all sweating over this issue, but you can take my word there's no more false promises at Wakefield. Like you, we know this is our only shot.

We've already blatantly lost Myler. Do you honestly believe that we would simply release a player who signed a 2 year contract last year with the option of a 3rd year, a hugely promising one and one whom we would get decent money from should he move on, simply because he liked the sound of the place. The club wouldn't deserve a place in Super League making decisions like that.

Be realistic here. They have more chance of getting a stadium in the near future. Which will transform the club. Wakefield don't have more of a chance of winning a trophy than Salford. It would be pointless.
