| What we do not know is what were the procedures followed by RLHQ when the tribunal information came to light. We are sure that this has been disussed and that the action followed senior decisions. Not that I think they were objective: we seem to have political (small p) deliberations which have delayed the matter: it is possible, and maybe (IMO) probable if Sadler's comments refer to this, that RL HQ were aware of the matter in the year that Bradford were relegated. This opens up the possibility that Mr Green could take action against RLHQ.
For more than us this will be squeaky posterior time.

| Big Nigel was spotted with the Dr on Saturday. Interesting as the tribunal is near.

| The greatest problem you have when it comes to the RFL and any points deductions is the two teams languishing at the bottom

| Rhetorical question or leading question?
Compared to last year, his silence is "the perfect herald of joy".

| How come, everyone is assuming we are guilty of salary cap breach. There may be a simple explanation. We may just get a slap on the wrists and to be more careful in the future.
Just like Wigan and Saints did

I admire your optimism, however we are Salford & not Leeds. saints or Wigan?

I follow twitter & it is precisely how he as conducted is childish rants on twitter that I believe the book will be thrown at Salford, if we are not squeaky clean. I would suggest most clubs break the cap in some form or other but to continual rant & rub the RFL up will end up with only one winner, there is a right way to get your message across & it is certainly not in a childish manner over a glass of wine on twitter.

| so the facts of the tribunal - or the outcome with be effected by whether we're pally with the RFL ..
SRLFC has always been handed the .... end of the stick , well before our new owner came along.

| Whatever the outcome, it will be a huge impact on the season.
IF we get away with it and have no points taken off us i feel we can kick on and try get 7th or 8th no problems.
BUT..
IF we get points taken off us then i fear the worst. All the hard work the club have put into this season to get good results and then have a hard battle to make the top 8 will kill the confidence.
Its just typical Salford's luck. Beating Leeds Saints and when they were on form a good Widnes side at home. Important victory's away from home like Castleford and Huddersfield as well.
Im sure the Dr said he was working closely with The RFL before Green said anything about the salary cap as well so has the Dr been hiding something.

| At the end of the day, The RFL have been waiting for Koukash to slip up with regards to the salary cap since day One, due to his childish drunken ramblings upon Twitter. We all know he's been fiddling in some way or another probably no different than any other Club, however, Koukash's problem in the past has been his vocalised admittance about tinkering the salary cap rules. and has obviously upset his co-conspirators resulting in a couple of court procedures. So the RFL bided their time and collected enough evidence they deem as necessary to bring the Club into question. They must have some pretty damning evidence to bring the matter to a head. Expect the worst and hope for the best is our Motto, which just what will typify the result of this case.

| If we get a points deduction, as I expect we will especially with the predicament that Leeds are in, then we will have to compete and prove our worth in the middle 8's. That shouldn't be a problem. Meanwhile, really looking forward to seeing us against the in form team next week. Perpignan, here we come.
