| Had the same issue renewing my season ticket - rang the number given on the website (which I think is TicketMaster) only to be told that I had to ring the stadium directly. However once through to them it was dealt with quickly & efficiently
Perhaps a little clarification on the official site would be good?

Really? Sorry to say you're wrong sunshine. Since we've moved to the new stadium we've had 6 season tickets, although me and Daz buy ours separately now because we've moved out!!!!!

Yet another exapmle of someone with 'inside' knowledge who is totally off the mark.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact the database had my Dad down as living at a cottage in Bolton…

I never realised that Dave Matthews was just a short-term appointment I thought he was here for the long haul. We could end up with 4 CEO's in just over 12 months, now that surely would be a Superleague record.

| There was/is an excellent piece in the MEN today,amongst the pages of Manchester United information,from Maurice Watkins the fleeting,temporary chair of the RFL when Lewis left last year.
After mentioning about transfers in soccer he states we have had the best recruitment;named some players and that some were from the NRL and actively encouraged support and wanted Salford to be the 3rd largest club.
I certainly think dialogue with Maurice Watkins would be hugely beneficial,after all he was a director and solicitor at Old Trafford,and the club should push the envelope on trying to lure soccer fans;perhaps starting with those who attend for the reserve/youth games at the stadium.

| Darren has just purchased two season tickets over the phone, what a joke it was!
Quote I rang up this afternoon to purchase two seasons tickets and all I can say is that it was bloody hard work.
I rang the number given on the website and given on various emails from the club only to be told I had to ring another number!!! I asked for the number that I should have rang and the bloke on the phone read the same one I had just rang him on, bizarre to say the least.
After 5 minutes of him finding out what the problem was and telling me he isn’t authorised to complete my order, he then tells me he can take my order after all, however my first attempt at buying them was denied as my card details had been taken down wrong.
I then receive a confirmation email with my address spelt wrong despite spelling it out to the guy two times on the phone, upon ringing back to correct this he put me on hold and then cut me off. The guy did ring back and apologise and said the address had been changed and an email confirmation had been re-sent, guess what? The address is still wrong. Awful. '"
