Why single them out and none of the rest? How do you know they've not been forced out or treated unfairly? Either way, can you blame either of them for taking what I would assume to be a better paid contract elsewhere at a club with a bit more stability and certainty about the future than we currently have?

If someone came in and offered you a higher paying job, more job security, better working conditions and so on than you're current employer you'd take it. It's the same for these two. They don't have any emotional connection with the club like we do as supporters, they're professional rugby league players doing a job. It's not like they're holding the club to ransom whilst already earning millions of pounds a week, now, is it?

Yes indeed. The club's clearly struggling for cash and the team will need all the support they can get next season, but as you don't like the fact players are leaving you stay at home, keep warm, put your feet up and watch it all on Sky instead.

The negative use of mercenary towards them is ridiculous as well. I wish we had a few more 'mercenary' players of their quality in the squad.
