| The attitude on here is unbelievable. You all seem to think that Because Parrish was an Aussie he was a good coach. How many of you had even heard of him before he was appointed? Was it coincidence that the week before he left he was being touted for a job at Manly. It could be far worse, they could have appointed Steve Anderson who nearly destroyed us in 2002.

We didn't really get to judge his coaching. I think many just thought he was a good bloke.
If we do appoint a replacement hungry to gel with the fans on this board, he'd be missing a trick if he didn't conduct his entire first press conference waving a 'w@nker' sign at the directors and periodically winking at the camera.

| You can believe what you like about MP, but one thing's for sure, he was right about Feka. He IS a fat b**tard AND he's not worth a contract and therefore we needed to GET RID.
Unfortunately for us, Wilko and Simms appointed Parish AND signed Feka. Typical endings to the thousands of false promises we've had to swallow over the years.

| Ashley Gibsons comments on twitter just now about training ''skills, weights and pilates done, off home now...too easy'' Make of that what you will. I hope he's not referring to how much of a doddle it is under Phil Veivers thats exactly what they want and exactly what we don't.

Yeah saw that....bit of a concern going from "oh im dying" which is the usual post training tweets from our players since preseason began, wonder what time they started training today?, finished at 2pm maybe even early presuming he freshed up before tweeting
to be fair he has come out swinging as i pulled his leg about it said he was talking about the life of a rugby player and that "the boys are working hard all the time...some can barely walk" it kind of gave me a walm glow inside pre season is all about pushing yourself to the limit
He does seem obsessed with physical fitness the amout of stuff he does of his own back with is a bonus

| Maybe they have been running around on tyres and lifting mars ala the video on't vishal site.
Would hope this is Gibson being ironic rather than factual.

| Anyone considered the fact that today was a day reserved for weights, moves and ball skills? You know, a lighter day to put some focus back into the technical side of things.
I have had the pleasure (Or lack of) of a couple of Salford pre-seasons. Even under Tamati, pre-season was arranged in such a way as to be intensely physical and demanding the first half of the week, and more technical towards the end of the week.
Just a thought, seeing as it seems fashionable on here to see who can make the biggest knee-jerk reaction to the slightest thing.

| Gruesome indeed. I was a fit lad and my first pre-season had me almost vomiting with exertion. I hate Buile Hill Park with a vengeance to this day.
