Salford City Reds’ Jeremy Smith has been fined £300 and handed a one-match ban following his dismissal for using foul and abusive language to referee Ben Thaler during the 60-16 Engage Super League defeat by Crusaders RL.
He will now miss the Hull Kingston Rovers clash on Sunday 15th August 2010 at the Willows.

Looking at it that would make the most sense but this is Mcrae so I doubt it'll happen 
Looking at a possible team for Sunday we may struggle to fill the bench if we're still missing Leuluai
Jewitt & Sibbit add to that last week's loses Alker, Smith (J) & Henry, we could be calling on all our kids. Actually we could virtually play a team of youngsters!

6. Sneyd – 18/19
7. Ratchford – 21
8. Boyle – 22
9. Smith (M) – 23
10. Neal – 20

14. Wood – 18/19
Yeah we'd get smashed but hey, just think back a week or so and look what happened with a near full side out! All but Palfrey and Wood have played Super league, although there are a few decent lads in the u20's/18's that could be worth a run before the end of the season.
However I doubt it'll look anything like that. |

That's 3 tries I've not been able to see this season because of it. Granted all to opponents but that's not the point  |

Probably to have a quicker exit for the players/officials closer to the field of play so that they're less likely to get hit by anything or receive some up-close abuse by having to walk past the fans - at a guess anyway.
Also (as I think there is one on it) another way to get in some advertising for a sponsor...? |
