Would he be interested in purchasing Edgeley Park,improving it,having Salford play there and indulging his passion for the round ball game and rugby league?
Story in MEN the other night about the Asset of Community Value being worthless (as I understood it ) and the round ball game people cannot afford to pay the money requested by Kennedy,owner of Sale Sharks.

Koukash has billed this up to be a "major" press conference. What are we all expecting? What do we think he'll say? What can we expect to be announced? Who will be talked about? Will we have new players?
My opinion and guess is that he'll announce he's going to sue those people who have made erroneous claims about his finances. I'm also guessing he'll announce the signing of at least one player probably Dave Taylor (although this isnt the best time considering he's playing very poorly over in Oz at the minute). I also predict he'll announce the contract extension for Cory Paterson, Junior Sau (god help us) and at least 2 academy players. He will clarify Bobbie Gouldings role athe club and may even announce a role for Tim Sheens. Iestyn Harris will either be revealed to be leaving at the end of the season or he will announce a contract extension for him as well.After this I think there will be a lot of fighting talk about how he is going to take Locke and Puletua and Brad England's solicitor to court and how they'll regret challenging him etc. He'll have to clarify the situation with the kit supplier as well and I think there will be a simple explanation for the alleged County Court Judgement.
My main hope though is that all this is done professionally. As has been said, if it turns into petty points scoring and name calling it will reflect badly on the club. Koukash has attracted a lot of media attention to this and even Rugby League Week in Australia will be reporting on it so anything said will reflect our clubs reputation to Australian/New Zealand players.
All of this is just my guesswork however and even Harris has said he doesnt know what to expect. Whatever is said its worth remembering to treat it with some scepticism. Just because Mrwan has said it doesnt mean it is enshrined in law and is 100% the truth. Marwans version of events will just be another side of the story and we will only find out the real truth either in Court or when the house of cards comes crashing down.
Either way, Tuesday will be an interesting day - hopefully for the right reasons!'"

I am sure you are capable of imagining all sorts of things 
Of course people with the memory span of a goldfish may see two years ago as ancient history. Indeed some supporters appear keen to avoid giving credit for the club being saved / the council loan being guaranteed / better players being signed and avoiding the 2 club relegation last year.
What the terminally slow fail to appreciate is that the current problems are only currently possible because Dr K saved the club.
The suggestion that Sheens or similar will be appointed - if it happens - is encouraging. This would impact on the work of Vickers and the selection of future coaching staff.
Maybe Dr K will decide to pull the pin. This would apparently make some fans very happy.  |

According to John Davidson of Love Rugby League Taupau is a more likely signing than Taylor or Gallen. I'd be happy with any of them but Taupau would def be my favourite

We simply want some facts,not another Marwan display of shooting from the hip and making it up as he goes along. Busking it,in other words.
We know he saved Salford.
We know he doesn't refute claims of vast wealth.
We know he runs a decent sized business.
We like him,for heavens sake.
But,just for the moment,I think that most fans want to know about the relativities of smoke and fire |

He does have contacts and an insight into what's going on,that many of us don't have.
