| Jesus... He stumbled and fell in front of Fox... Who incidentally went over to see how he was after it... Not the actions of somebody who was illegally tripped.

| hard to say in a split second , unless the journalist has saw a replay , he`d have to been looking through binos as it was on the opposite wing from the press box to be sure

| Well it looked like he tripped and fell to me, but his past record will go against him. However, since Fox took it so well, that would suggest it was just a trip?

| Rangi has always had a bit of 'banter' with the Wakefield fans.
Never once remember him going off injured during his time at Cas. Incredibly durable, tough player. Plus knowing rangi and although I haven't seen the incident, he will have most likely intentionally tripped fox!

| A deliberate trip is a sending off offence. There is no alternative. I thought it looked like a trip but I was across the pitch: Child was closer and he is a stickler for the rules. He did not give a trip.
"a few journalists believe" nowt.
A journalist writes up a story not facts.
I have not read a good write-up of a match for a long time: some of the reports in League Weekly for the televised games get close but even these spend far too much time on opinions (particularly of the coaches) than what happened.
Chase reports the injury is only a "cork": next bottle of wine I open. I'll be careful.

| I think it was accidental but without seeing it again who knows.
Linesman had a good view of it and didn't call it.

Opposition fans always, in the past and now, boo the opponents danger man.
The trip incident happened in front of where I was, it looked a trip.

Didn't think it was anymore?
In my opinion the Chase 'trip' was accidental. He seemed to slip and fall into the path of Fox. I Don't remember any Wakefield player complaining to the ref about the incident anyway.

Can't say I've ever heard it at a Hull game. When a key player goes down there is often some jeering, but once it becomes apparent that it is a proper injury and the player is led from the field they always get clapped off.

| Wakey fans weren't cheering his injury.
It was jeering based on his Cas ties.
The chant was "you Cas b@@@@@@".
