Don't expect it to be boring, don't expect it to be routine and believe me not everything will be smooth with RC but you will be entertained. I fully expect you to be a very entertaining side (similarly to us from April onwards). I'll miss the guy at Cas but I feel it's right for Cas as a club to move on too, there's been 3 years of uncertainty from rangi and as well as years of class from him there's been years of inability to close out a game and not much maturity, with that being said, you have a class scrum half along side him.

I can't speak for other 'legal eagles' but Chris28 actually works for a company that deals with visa applications. If he says the rules are now easier then I'd tend to believe him.

Beside which Chase's circumstances could have changed and nobody posting on here would necessarily know that.

Visa applications are tricky. Congrats to Chase on finally getting his approved.

Except no-one said it was a certainty he wouldn't get one, but that it wasn't a certainty that he would - 2 very different things. His contract being subject to a successful visa application would suggest at least an element of caution. Still, let's stick to just relentlessly slagging anyone with legitimate questions eh?

There's the important bit in bold and underlined. Like with all legal-based stories in the media, people like to think they know everything about them without actually knowing all the facts. We all try and analyse but it's difficult to really know the true position.

I can guarantee that unless Rangi or the caseworker are RL Fans members no one here knows the true position either
