| Quote Talent Spotter="Talent Spotter"Perhaps you should ask yourself why they wanted to leave?'" A very simple answer. They wanted to to join bigger clubs with an opportunity of winning things and improving their International prospects.

| Been very impressed with Sneyd this season, his performance v Hull KR was fantastic as was last nights. All this behind a very weak pack which makes little yardage and is often bullied by the opposition. Get him behind a bunch of strong forwards then see what damage he'll do.
He needs signing up ASAP, we can't let him go the way we did Myler, Ratchford and Turner.

There is obviously a much better chance of the club retaining young players now with talk of a top coach and money to invest in a better quality squad.

Warrington were able to offer Stef all the Take That tickets he could eat. John Wilkinson made a counter offer of welding equipment (and what young man could turn his nose up at the prospect of owning his own portable rig?), but the concert tickets won the day.
Similarly, Joel Monaghan was attracted to Warrington by the prospect of experiencing The Korgis and The Fabulous Poodles.

| What we have all got to remember is that the club previously had no forward strategy as it never had the money to commit on longer term contracts. The club was run for years on an almost day by day basis, as for allowing young talent to leave, Ratchford and Turner were out of contract and as such free agents, both also had issues with McRae. Myler had set his heart on Warrington, and if your heart is not in the club who wants them, we got a significant fee as well. What we are beginning to see now is a fledgling forward plan that looks at a mix of better class signings and developing (and keeping) our better junior players. This will take time, and as the Doctor has said will based around a robust business model. Onwards and upwards!

| Been informed that Ian Blease is Sneyd's agent and he is currently waiting on an offer for the club to secure Sneyd's future for te forthcoming years, thought he has been outstanding the last month or so but that's what happens when your given a chance and a run of games hey!!! Believe both agent and player want the player to remain at th club so it's up to the new senior management team to deliver on one of our best talents and prospects for sometime in my view !!

| Marc Sneyd has seized his opportunity well and shown his adaptability in covering both half back & Full back positions , and with Foran we've got two excellent tactical field kickers .
I really rate him , but I'm biased as I'm sponsoring him this season
he's shown glimses of his talent , under McRea as inter-change Hooker & last season coming in to cover half back when Smith was sold , but due to bad luck & injury never got an extended run in the team.
now he's had a run of games he's beginning to show his potential . good luck to him . still only 22
As for Ratchford , Myler ,Turner etc we all know now we couldn't pay the cleaners , never mind offer money and the potential to play ' finals Rugby ' and advance their careers , but that was then and this is now...
despite this seasons won 1 drawn 1 lost 6 stats, the perception of our club couldn't be different .
when the coaching appointment is made , Broughton & Sneyd I'm sure will be first in .
