Disgraceful from a SL club to mess a lowly championship side about. Your club knew from the moment your begging bowl was thrown back in your face by the council that the game wasn't going to go ahead. Feel sorry for the Salford fans. IMO your club's gone. The problem i reckon is if you go into admin now, the administrator has no income to keep the club going and will be forced to liquidate the company almost immediately. Your board are rapidly running out of words that will placate the fans and more importantly the creditors.

You obviously have little grasp on how Companies which are currently insolvent can carry on. Maybe you should just wait awhile until you hear the route the Company is taking before making fatuous statements as above.

This is very true the game is off because the club don't even have a kit to play in !!!! The players have not been paid again this month & it's the players who have refused to play & i don't blame them so it's had to be called off......JOKE OF A CLUB

No need for those comments Demon.....it's not so long ago Leigh were staring Down the abyss. It's quite sad that the fixture is cancelled since it would have given both clubs an income stream. Arthur Thomas business went under and had to pull out. The fans and INDEPENDENT supporters group helped save the club. LISA has contributed 40000 quid this season. Over to FR. I will toddle off, i have no problem with that. Joke of a club. Feel for the fans and creditors. Bye. Incidentally if you read it properly none of it was aimed at the fans.

As a Leigh fan who knows full well the ins and outs of financial strife in the game, I'd like to wish Salford all the luck in the world because you're going to need it. You'll find out who want to help and who's going to stand there pointing, moaning, and blaming everyone else.

Having seen it numerous times at the club I love, its horrible.

As long as the fans stick together, there will always be a Salford Rugby League Club. Whether they play on a school pitch or at Barton, they will always be there if you want them.

Now's not the time to blame others, now's the time to get together and help.

We did it at Leigh after Arthur had to call time on it all, and we still have a long way to go, but if you stick together you can do it.

Yes we're annoyed at the postponement but in the grand scheme of things its nowt.
