I am only looking at the stats from the use of the Community computer at the Trust in Langworthy, but residents can not make purchases from the computer, and also research we did a couple of years back into linking up Langworthy and Seedley with a community computer system, even at a minimum £5 a month internet charge their would have been very little take up because of the costs.

and what do you take with you to pick them up?as my confirmation email dsnt state anything bout picking them up!

most likely you would give your name to the ticket office, can you imagine someone arriving at the ticket office and getting your name , pos address and number of tickets right apart from yourself.

Surely everyone has access to the Internet, aren't public library's etc hooked up these days for general public usage?

In theory; but you have to be a member of the libraries first. Plus you wouldn't be advised to purchase anything via them, especially after the Google/China/IE6 thing recently.

Mobile optimised websites and native apps are increasingly important for us here. The club haven't been slow to realise it either; they've been championing an SMS ticketing system for years.

Yes. Even though it may only be for one game, after speaking to a couple of long-time season ticket holders yesterday, who didn't renew this year because (to paraphrase them) there always seems to be cheap tickets knocking about, I sense they feel their decision was vindicated.

all im saying is it states nowhere on your email or the advertisement as to how you get your tickets,well if its on gameday then great but why not just put that in the promotion?some clubs do mail them out to you and some people may think thats what salford are doing as you give your address.i just didnt want to turn up friday give my name and address then nothing!i hope you appreciate my concerns!
