I might be mistaken but I took it that Marwan said there was two more players to come on for 2014 and one of the names began with the letter H. The other player will be from a team beginning with the letter W. Any bets on HANSON and KIRMOND. Marwan's daughter Layla has put a lovely photo of herself and Gabriel with SBW on twitter which was taken this morning .

I understood him as saying that the player he hoped to announce soon was named H and club was W. |

| I went down to the stadium yesterday and I must say I'm well impressed. The other thing I noticed was the feel good factor from the fans, the first time in years I've seen fans that excited for a up coming season.
So far comparing Salford Red Devils to Salford City Reds is like comparing chalk and cheese (off the field),let's hope it's the same on the field. But so far so good.  |

No. He said it was a player whose name begins with H and who currently plays for a club whose name begins with W, plus a player whose initials are (or start) SB. Could be Sonny Bill, could be Simon Baldwin. Could be Sam Burgess. Could all be wishful thinking. |

Just remembered something from yesterday, during the tour when it got to the physio facilities Shannon Mc was on the treatment table when one wag in the group asked if he was injured again already.
Something did strike me yesterday was how quickly the new logo and name change are absolutely everywhere inside but the old Salford City Reds sign is still very prominent on the frontage of the stadium.
