| Great effort by the lads.
Should've been far more comfortable as it only seemed like our penalties & errors that got them on our line.
Deserved win & great atmosphere in The Shed.
A fitting end to Friday night rugby at The Willows.

| Delighted with that tonight. Very much needed confidence boosting win and lots of commitment on show from the lads. Everything is brilliant once again!!
If we can cut those stupid penalties on the last tackle (Adamson almost cause me to have a hernia tonight!!) then we would make it a lot easier for ourselves. The only territory they had was on the back of penalties so all in all a good performance and a cracking win. Though Matty Smith was brilliant at hooker and Williams does look like a good winger - an astute signing by the club.

| I know some people have had differing oppinions about Patten but think last night was saw a pretty much flawless display both in attack and defense. He was more chatty and think lay down A a marker for future perfomances and B that he will be captain next season.
I do wonder if Mark Henry is actually going to be released as last night in the 2nd row he showed what an asset he can be, think that unless we have an exceptionable replacement lined up another year or two from Henry would be a good thing.
Think that if Parish plays Neal in the wide positions we used to see Coley in his prime we have another hugely destructive player and if ever we needed proof just how important Cashmere is to the cause then last night was that proof as he was immense.
Last nights performance reminded me very much of another game against Wakefield in the season we got to the play offs, think it was the one where in one set we drove them back that far and tackled that hard Coley scored a try when they dropped it behind thier own line. For me think it was an indicator that MP's words the previous day had a galvaniseing effect, just hope that JW recognises that and acts accordingly.

Wasn't that against Cas? or has my memory gone completely?!?
Totally agree with you about Patten though, other than a knock-on near the end (that had me chewing my finger nails off?!) he excellent and wouldn't be a bad shout for captain next year.
Wondered how Henry would go in the second row against a big Huddersfield pack but agree again that he had a blinder.
Think our entire performance hinged on our pack though who were generally very good, with Boyle, Neal and Cashmere also playing brilliantly. Even Feka did well?!

| I was pleased with the whole team last night, we showed great passion, intensity in tackling and a will to win that ultimately the Giants couldn't compete with. They looked out on their feet and a well beaten team at he end. How Nathan Brown can say they were comfortable at half time is beyond me. I thought the score line flattered them. The supporters also need to take a bow for a getting behind the team so well...Red Army...

| Great win last night , good team effort all around. Hudds didn't seem to have too many chances down at our end of the field, and we bombed quite a few with errors. Just need to iron out a few things, like giving away penalties on the last tackle really frustrating, especially when it leads to tries, and a typical Salford scenario can arise. But thankfully, the team kept in there and produced a great second half

| Every win a great win, well done Matt Parish your rant this week galvanised the team & for a change we finished stronger not conceding any points in the second half.
Cashmere is going to be a big loss, his yardage & go forward was there for everyone to see, thought Matty Smith, Steff Ratchford Holdsworth, Pattern & in particular Danny Williams were all out standing.
Well done reds!

| Well done on your annual caning of us !!
glad we dont have to go there again and put up with it although most of us expect defeat at Salford now.
we're probably one of the worst sides in the country at the moment and our pack couldn't make yards against dustbins right now but well done on the result.
