| Think I mentioned something a while back, incase people think I'm on a lovefest. However, what a model pro he has been, just been reading some quotes on Twitter. How easy could it of been for him to not give a toss this season? Came with the overweight jibes from Wigan, but he has put massive minutes in this season and always given 100% If only we had a team full of ST then I don't think we'd find ourselfs in the situation, players
bitching, rumours of not being tottally commited.
I for one will show my appreciation for his efforts this season when he returns in black and white next season.

| Great player and deserves a clean sweep of end of season awards, i.e player of the year and fans player of the year. Came from us with some not so great reports from Wigan chairman and supporters alike, but he's been fantastic. Hull FC have got themselves a cracking player, I imagine being a black and white himself he will give that little bit more for them too. I bet they're all excited over Frank Pritchard, but Taylor is the real big one for them.

| Will be interesting to see who on earth we'll have in our pack for next year with Taylor, Patterson, Morley and Hansen all leaving/retiring. Then we'll have no Fages and possibly no Rangi to add, the only positive I see is having an absolute shed-load to spend on the cap.

| A text book example in how to conduct yourself. Comes to the club knowing he is only going to be here for one season. Puts the effort in in every game (including a fair few for the full 80 minutes). Signs for another club with plenty of weeks to go. Continues to turn out and give 100%
Few of our recent leavers could take a leaf out of his book

we've known about taylor joining fc for over a year nearly, so the excitement had died down before the pritchard announcement, if we announce sika manu, (rumour that he has signed), that will probably trump both of them

It's great to hear the compliments about Scott Taylor and if Sika Manu signs Hull will have a quality pack next season.
On another matter I don't know the ins and outs of what is going on at your club but why are so many quality leaving? I thought Hansen was on a long contract. Is the owner pulling the plug?
Looking at your squad at the start of the season I along with a lot of others thought you could've made the top 6.

| Without the mass injury and suspension crisis, I think we would have made the 8 comfortably. I accept injuries and suspensions are part and parcel of the game, but having Michael Dobson and Rangi Chase out at the same time (and for circa 6 weeks) was a major blow. Also, we picked up an abnormal amount of suspensions during the middle of the season which I believe were as a direct consequence as Harris’ game plan/instructions.
I can assure you the owner is most definitely not considering pulling the plug and it should be accepted that professional sports players, under contract or not will want to move on. I wont pretend there aren’t issues between Hansen and Koukash because there have been and in this case it’s best for both parties if they go there separate ways. HOWEVER, don’t be surprised if Hansen does end up staying at Salford.

What he said a clean sweep of the board with consummate ease. Gutted he's going where as most of the rest of the rabble I couldn't give two hoots about.

| Scott had a couple of games with us at Leigh, as a DR, two years ago. Unlike some of his 'star' colleagues, who made the same journey and weren't at all interested, Scott was outstanding, both in terms of ability and commitment.

| What Alan said, a DR player who will always be welcome at Leigh. Great attitude and seems to just love playing RL - whatever shirt he wears

Yet left Wigan under a cloud, with words said by SW and IL. Imagine if that was a Salford player leaving under similar circumstances, it'd all be MK and IH fault. Seems we not the only club to have problems with players...

| Was interviewed tonight on our local BBC station. Spoke about his career. Said he enjoyed playing for you but hated getting beaten which should be a given. Interestingly he mentioned that some players weren't that bothered and just wanted to pick up a wage packet. Not stirring thought you might be interested. Hope you go well this season.

It was certainly plain for all to see that Taylor wanted to win every match and that's why he was the player of the year. I guess that interview just confirms what we already knew & hopefully the not bothered types have all moved on to the championship!
