What does anyone expect? 6.15 on a Sunday? Sky does help the game with it's money but it does select some daft times for matches. HOWEVER, we won!!! I do hope that casual supporters attend next Friday when with our new Aussies we may get a second win.

Well said Beck2. As an exiled Salford fan, living in Gran Canaria, delighted for everyone involved tonight. I wish everyone would get behind the club and get behind Phil, Sean, Dr K and Graham Lowe. Things are happening. Before long, the ground will be packed to the rafts every week.

Why should we be embarrassed? Given the recent run of results and the fact that it was also on TV must have had an impact on the attendance. With virtually no away support at next Friday night's home game against London Bronco's it will be interesting to note what the crowd will be on the back of tonight's excellent performance.

I thought there was more than 1900. Maybe it's a tax avoidance thing! After having been accused of overstating our gates during last season, perhaps we are now beginning to understate them!

I estimated 2700 - 2800, but considering the 40+ point losses from the 1st 3 games the Sunday evening K/O time. and the fact it was sky TV would have strongly influenced the walk up crowd from Salford and the away following from HkR .
l went to the Headingley game last Friday and imagined tonights game would be another loss albeit with a closer score.
But thats Salford for you, and those that were in attendance can applaud themselves for keeping the faith and adding great vocal support.

Good to see you get a win, yes crowd was poor, another step forward though. Seeing it looked so bad for you only a couple of months back I think we can give you a little time now to build. I hope and believe you will become a real force!!

A lot of work for Mr K to do , I hope he realises that investing in the playing squad alone will not achieve increased attendances , massive marketing and community work needed over several years to get the local populace to turn up in numbers

Criticising our attendance at the moment is the lowest form of attack any rugby league supporter could have at this moment in time? Salford RLFC are on the verge of something special if Koukash, Lowe and Farish are anything to go by! You should be applauding a very understrength side for a magnificent win and praying that we go from strength to strength so that another RL club brings superleague to the masses!
