All the above offer excellent views without claiming to be the best in superleague and I could go on that Twickenham Stoop, New Craven Park, Stade Gilbert Brutus could also claim to have excellent views.

But nope let's just claim the west stand at Barton has the best views in superleague.

In my opinion, the elevation means that the view from our west stand is as good as/better than all of the other grounds you've mentioned.

Of course, the popular thing to do on here is to focus on the negatives and refuse to acknowledge any positives, so fair play for going with the flow.

So we are to be happy that the corporate hospitality are able to view the rugby on show from one of the best if not the best stand in RL. Whilst the rest of us, the hard working, loyal and often not that well off are to be happy with our very nice and clean, but totally inadequate south stand. So poorly designed that you could perv on women whilst they have a wee. So now we have a lovely clean new stand with a big block of crappy looking scaffolding with plywood fastened to it!

I suppose that the argument will be that we couldn't have that iconicesque looking stadium similar to the one the footie club have got as it only fits 12,000 in it. And as we all know it was essential that we have the ability to build phase 2 and 3 once the 20,000 salfordians flock to the brand new stadium to watch mediocre rugby played by our team. After such an amazing marketing campaign launched by the Salford club after 13 years of planning and implementation of a plan that would see Salford reach for the stars.

Another new stadia in South Yorkshire,now a few years old,seems to have encountered some problems
