| So who is the next ref to put in a bad performance (im not using this as an excuse because we have played badly in our last 2 games)
Im still tipping a salford win... If we are to ever finish in the top 8

| We cant keep blaming the ref .Today we were whistled out of the game yet again !! Either all these refs have got it in for us OR we really are at fault . If its the latter, the culprits who keep costing us the game should be dropped, whoever they are.

| Not blaming the ref, I've posted on another thread that bad as he was we should have won that game comfortably but at least it might have been a better game with Alibert in charge

| True you can't always blame the ref but you can when an opposition player drops the ball 10 yards from your own line and a penalty is awarded for a ball steal. That was the game breaker and a shocking decision - yet again we end up with a selection of inept, inexperienced officials in charge of our match - I could just see trhe RFL putting that lot in charge of Saints v Wigan!!!

Well said that ginger nut Welham I think was being tackled into touch and he threw the ball anywhere like most players would and the corrupt official gave a ball steal. This amatuer officiating has to stop.
That said the powder puff tackling that followed was not acceptable.

| Also in the first half when McDonnell dropped the ball while flat on his back in front of the postd and we scored but the ref chalked it off to give HKR a penalty, for a ball steal after the tackle was completed, which was strange because nobody had tackled him. That would have given us another 6 points and we may have gone on from there, the first turning point.

| Both the RFL Site & Super league site still list Alibert as the March official ...
And I thought it was some clown they'd dragged in off the funfair. I hope I never know his name ( Tim Roby ) and he's never let anywhere near a SL again. I thought Hicks was bad enough on friday.rlhttps://www.therfl.co.uk/referee/full_time_match_officials/tim_robyrl
Losing Anderson from the interchange killed us , we had 15 minutes at the end with no sub's left and McPherson looking like a skittle. dazed thinking he was back in Sydney and wondering why it was raining.
Veivers had Godwin playing for his 1st full Game since Feb knackered after 20 minutes , Neal who I thought played well but was forced to play 60 odd minutes, that's why we fell apart in the last 10 minutes.

We had more than enough chances to win the game, HKR were there for the taking.
I dont like to focus too much on refs and he was poor for both sides yesterday however the decision you mention was unbelievably inept officiating.

I just wonder if Cummins ever forgave us for this,or is it still in the back of his mind. Hence its us who get a championship ref??

| Swings and roundabouts regarding any ball strip/knock on decisions. Your second try was from a pen on 5th tackle when the guy just dropped it whilst playing the ball. I thought that had cost us the game, but we stole it back.
Oh, and to anyone who says Withers was offside for our 1st try, get yourselves to Specsavers.

Very odd decision that he gave the strip but surely it was 1 on 1 as only Patten was in the tackle?
