| rlHuddersfield Giants 2012rl
Giants already promoting their 2012 Season Tickets
1st 2000 being sold for £50 in the family stand lower tier ,
£ 99 Adults in the side stands
£75 16-20 age group
£35 12-16 Age group
free -12
Wigan want £ 21 for the Aug 14th Away Game .
Feasibly someone could purchase a Gai-ants Season Ticket @ £50 watch the salford game that would cost you £18 anyhow and take your pick of their other home games at 2.90 @ shot .
Interesting to see what the other SL teams are offering re 2012 rates , at present £50 buys me a piece of plastic .. competitive times

£18 at Wigan in the away end.
Can't see Salfords season tickets being much less than £200 sadly.

our season tickets were launched a few months ago for next season in fact when they started the new build and the following 4 seasons. I have took advantage and I am paying £130 for the ticket and £50 membership for the four of us who live at my address, if the other 3 decide on a season ticket rather than pay as you go, I make it £142.50 per season ticket, thats a lot less than £200 or it was when I went to school.,

Can't see many new fans plumping for a 5 year season ticket though. If you get a one year ST I am led to believe it's around £180 plus the £50 membership, which was over £200 when I went to school.

no its deffo £130 plus the £50 membership because that is what I am paying at present in monthly installments of £15 x 12 = £180, so somebody is leading you up the garden path, sounds like your old maths teacher.

Thought that was just if you got a 5 year season ticket though? Will be happy to be proved wrong on this one as it means I'll be paying less than I expected next season.

| I'm currently paying for next years monthly, I'm 99% sure it's 180 + the £50 membership, as there's three of us, all adults paying 15 pound something each per month. So I'm sure that work out right for £180 + the £50.

| With 2 home games left i do hope the club will be doing something to promote tickets for next year, posters around the ground, mention over the p.a,something in programme etc..
At a guess i reckon we have 1200 season ticket holders tops at present, and should be aiming to at least triple this for our first season at barton. Why cant they just make it nice and simple and rid the membership bit and make it say a straight £120 adult £80 concessions and £50 for a kid.No free shirts or reduced spakka bus travel etc. ??

I suspect there are more membership holders than season ticket holders and, under the recent license application, believe that membership holder will've counted as season ticket holders, hence boosting our fanbase (if only on paper).
As for £120 for adults, I doubt the club would have anywhere near enough income if season ticket holders are paying less than £10 a game.

| unfortunatly the club cant seam to win the idea behind try before you buy is to get new people in who wont pay £20 a go to sample watching rugby league/salford for the first time, unforunatly some people will take advantage of the offer, for example submitting different names/addresses on the TBYB scheme. Yes as an alternative could say to drop the admission price to lower to encourage people to come down or other idea ect. It just seams whatever the club do there is always a complaint to be had.

looks like you are all being charged an individual membership fee, i would get down to the club shop right away and get it sorted, I checked mine and it is £180 including membership. Its a pity the club website does not allow you to search back for the info when it was first released because then all this confusion could be cleared up. Looking at the website i see the league table has not been updated for a couple of weeks.

| Just a point on the membership, if you or anyone in your family play for a BARLA club then you get your membership for free + 4 free memberships for people in your household. all you need is a BARLA reg number!

| This stems from the recent survey on Football Admission
Ticket - Program - Pie - cup of tea for non season ticket holders
Blackburn Rovers came in Cheapest @ £17.50
with cheapest adult admission ticket being £10.00
As I pointed out Huddersfield are heavily discounting 2012 season tickets
Bradford are still offering their £60 membership deal
normal adult ground admission is £15.00
offering a try first deal is great but the step up from a freebie to either £18.00 full pre match purchase or £50 Membership + £130 Membership for the season passes.
it's big jump from £0.00 to £ 180.00

| Can anyone explain what the idea or benefit of the membership is?
To me it looks like a way of splitting the cost to make it more palletable.
I'm still waiting after my 3rd attempt to get the multi year deal sorted, think I'll just go yearly.
For me one of the first bits of the club that needs the new broom treatment when we move is this kind of thing.
