we were training last night so I didnt go.

what i know is that one person was knocked out and has been to hospital and there was at least one red card.

what i don't know is the score! anyone know?

One lad got knocked out after a cheap shot, which resulted in the Eccles player getting sent off. After a long delay it was decided to move the post pads and play on the other pitch. Then just as the ambulance was leaving there was another injury to another Langyworthy player, think he dislocated his knee so at one point we had 3 ambulances on the field ( 2 vans and 1 fast response car).

I left with about 15 minutes left and it was 30-2 to Eccles despite being down to 12 man, but I'm sure they would have ran in a few more after I left.

ended up being 46-2 to eccles, but no disgrace on our part...was only 12-2 at half time but we lost 2 players to serious injuries which both require hospital treatment and at least 5 other players picked up minor injuries in comparison but had to stay on due to shortage of subs...eccles played the game well considering they had 12 men for 50 minutes but i do feel the scoreline flatters them slightly and may well have been closer had it not been for the number of injuries we picked up during the game, how the score wasn't bigger i'll never know as a lot of our lads were dead on their feet after 60 minutes but we showed good character and will only improve from it

definately 2.30 ko, never trust a player, always trust the administrator...

wasn't the result or performance we (langworthy) was looking for but folly took there chances well and were good value for the winning margin, at least we know it can only get easier from here on lol...should be a cracker between folly and eccles next saturday and is a very difficult one to call as i think folly are better with ball in hand but eccles are a very physical unit and could overpower the folly pack

Thought we did alright without really getting out of first gear. Like you say should be a cracker against Eccles next week!!
