again tonight too many wrong options, too many overlaps missed and we end up with nil, Holdsworth again gifting position at the end of the first to put HKR in a position to score. Poor passing especially from Holdsworth, either round your feet or above the head, nobody watching the tackle, too many missed tackles and only one move. Why should we get a Franchise, crowds are down we are playing crap and the only thing we brink to rugby league is the comic style our club is run.

What has to happen to change this club? The habit of failure is deep rooted.

For me, it is only new ownership, someone with money who can change the whole approach.

I know the Wilky lovers will disagree, and I know without him we wouldn't have a club, but he is the only contstant in decades of disappointment. He has nowhere near enough money to make a difference.

We have signed some quality players, but Salford drag them down to our level. I bet Holdsworth hasn't played as badly as that ever!

Someone said the players call it "suicide Salford", no wonder they fail here, it's like they have decided before they come.

I don't know who would be mad enough to put money into the club, but that's what it's going to take for things to change.

yes the performance was bad but the thing that p!$$ed me off was Dan Holdsworth and Ray Cashmere having a go at the fans behind the posts for giving/shouting there opinion.....the fans pay to get in so they are entitled to their opinion, bout time the players started putting as much effort in when playing as they do arguing with fans

I am surprised we got that, we are playing very poorly and 20 quid on the day is too much for the third rate performances we are getting from top rate paid overseas players, we appear to have peaked in april again and are now just going through the motions of putting the kit on and trotting out there and waiting for the end of season.

I pay to watch plays at the theatre, does that give the right to shout at the actors?

I paid to watch my daughter in a school production not so long ago, should I have shouted at the other kids who weren't very good??


I don't have a problem with fans who think shouting abuse at players is a good idea (although I do think they are generally idiots). However I do find it baffling when they get all upset when the players shout back?!

Come and shout at me at my place of employment and I'll shout back at you twice as loud.

Well, I reckon that for the most part tonight our defence was pretty good, it was a massive improvement on last week's performance. However, this week we lost because we didn't convert possession and territory into points - it seems we get one thing right but all the other things go wrong. What was clear to me tonight is that we need to get a new coach in place as quickly as possible, only then, will anything improve, it certainly couldn't get worse. Oh and well done Feka on a man of the match performance, he deserved it.

You should be but to be fair we have been very poor in defence but hoping that our season now turning the corner, uve got 4 great players that Shud be ripping teams to bits, very poor attendance tho

No atmosphere, no crowd that was poor, the real deal was there to see tonight no freebies not many takers at £20 I was shocked, fans, casual supporters are starting to vote with there feet, who can blame them!
Feka had is best game but how can you give the man of the match to a player who only plays 20 minute, Broughton by a mile some of the tackles he made & takes onto the ball for a full 80 minutes.
