we had five out on Friday, and Saints would have beaten most,and the team spirit is very good,
1 Yes we had players out,
2 Yes Saints were very good,or were they made to look very good,
3 No David,the team spirit does not seem very good
4 Did no one tell you they also had players out,including four Internationals

To be fair to Tarry, he has to put a positive spin on things even when the chips are really down. Imagine if he'd come out and said that there is no team spirit and we are in fact complete rubbish?

I'm sure everyone at the club is thinking what we're saying on here, but even in our most dire of situations the "official" line must be positive, otherwise we'd all be sat here writing about how unprofessional this outfit is.

The words from Tarry should come as a shock to nobody and from a media point of view he's done the right thing imo.

We might have had players out but that performance against saints was discusting. People paid good money to watch that its discusting the way they performed.

Saints are a good side but salford made them seem galticos. it was pathetic.

Mcrae is ultimately taking the full brunt of the critisism from the fans but you have to consider apportioning some blame to the Football Director the other two coaches, the fitness conditioner, the club captain and the playing squad. I' m sure if the team were performing excellently then everybody would want and expect their share of the credit.

I wouldn't class it as a knee jerk reaction to terminate his contract, think that if anyone with the balls at the club sat down with SM and asked him to honestly say if he thinks he's doing a decent job or if the manner in which the team he coaches has performed over the past couple of seasons is exceptable he can only say that it's not.
