who writes and puts this programme together... after the likes of alker and littler serving a combined total of over 25 years at salford.. the club couldn't even be bothered mentioning or writing anything at all about these two traffic servants to our club in todays programme...

i don't buy programmes every week so i don't know if there has been things in them before but the programme today had a big picture of alker on it saying end of an era and yet he didnt even get a mention in it...disgrace

Shall we even mention the bloody microphone failure when our departing players were addressing the crowd!!! Come on...Also on salfords facebook page the reds stated season ticket details would be announced before the game? ???

Before the match today I got a phone call from my mum, she asked where I was, so I said at the match at the Willows, why she asked, because Salford are playing, are they she replied not seen anything, no mum, and she lives 300 yards from the willows.

Exactly, nothing personal but some changes need to made. Promptly.

big changes need to be made on the PR/marketing front for our last season at The Willows and then the move to Barton - its been worse than ever this year - and as for the "silent microphone" when the players were speaking what can you say? Utter embarrassment

The programme has been poor for many years but this season has been abysmal with little reading and littered with spelling mistakes. For a part of the season even the fixture list was out of date.
I fully agree todays' programe should have been a special issue with features/interviews on Alker, Littler and infact all the players leaving today. However, the programme has never seemed to have any interaction with the players in this way. Every season there are player profiles but they just roll out the career history of the player, nothing relevant to the present. Infact the programme often smacks of having been written from outside the club rather than being it's mouthpiece. A overhaul is needed with player interviews, relevant club news (in addition to the foundation news which at present is the only upto date reflection on the club). Also glaring is the absence of any news, results, fixtures and tables for the Academy sides. You could still have features on past games and players but beef them up to show what they are doing now. And if next year is the last at the Willows there must be a wealth of material that can be in the programme as well as fans memories. Also get rid of the View from the Pew. It is not relevant to a rugby programme. I also don't think there is a need for John Wilkinson to have a column every week. Start and end of the season or when there is something special maybe.

The last programme I bought I think featured Steve Rule on the cover, then I always said it was never proof read seems nothing has changed. Anyway it's 2 quid or whatever towards a pint of the most awful garbage you may ever taste. Seriously that was bad s*it today.

Salford need to get rid of those to brothers and the quicker they do the better. The microphone fiasco as the end was nothing short of embarrassing yet again Salford fu ck up.

I was very disappointed in the programme. We ahve a number of players leaving, 3 having each served 10 years each, yet no mention.

I'm sure anyone with a modicum of english could have managed to cobble a little something together. Why wasn't Darrell Platt asked to do a write up for each player leaving?

I went to the world club challenge ,and must have been put on the Leeds database,you need to take a look sometime.

A few weeks ago I got a brochure advertising next years season ticket packages,their online shop is brilliant also,sadly a set up we can only dream of.

Speaking of the online stuff has anybody noticed that the clubs emails are set up as PDT, Pacific Daylight Time, can not anybody even set the right time band, no wonder the website is a joke.
