You can make the assumption that the average reader of the Scarlet Turkey is still at school and lives locally; alternatively, it could be said that most live outside the Salford boundaries and are over 30.

Looks like I'm the only Turkey reader who lives in the Sale area! Was hoping to set up a supporters branch down here so it would give me even more of an excuse to spend extra time in the local Wetherspoons but wouldn't be much fun on my own.

I cast my vote, but i was suprised to see that it just mentioned Walkden and not Walkden North

Mate, I had that problem until I realised that I had to sign in first. Then when I clicked on the links I could put my age 30-39 (I wish) and place of residence, Vancouver (another wish - still, it's nearly Christmas).

Point taken. I did rustle up a decent "Glazer Out" effort for the 2005 Cup Final but not sure my sister appreciated the fact most of the paint ended up on her kitchen floor!!! Will get my crayon set out tonight & start drafting
