| It appears as though young Myler is on his way out of the Willows, but for me Ratchford is just as big a prospect and confirmed that with a great performance against saints on friday.
How long before other super league clubs try to wrestle him away from Salford?
If so can they hang onto him?

| Other teams also have very good youngsters too though, it is just that they get more of a chance to shine at Salford. If Ratchford was at a bigger club he wouldnt even be getting a game.

He's contracted for the next 2 years with an option for a 3rd I believe, so I highly doubt it.

| Yeah...vultures steal young emerging players from clubs. I agree with that.
How are Richie Myler, Ste Nash and Adam Sidlow getting on?

Richard Myler looks to be on his way, Stephen Nash is finding the going tough in the reserves and Adam Sidlow is at this time hitting top form..

Vultures prey on the dead, which is pretty much what Widnes were at the time when we got Myler and Sidlow.

I just find it interesting some of the lamenting of losing Myler when you didn't produce him in the first place and the loss of some players you have produced when you've done the same thing to a team in a similar fragile position. What goes around comes around.

I see the sour grapes continue to come from Widnes.
Give a bit of credit please to our coaches for bringing these lads through.
You don`t always succeed with lads from your own town/city. Denis Betts & Adrian Morley for instance - both Salford lads - went on to better things elsewhere but you dont see our fans bleat about it.

It isnt sour grapes, really. You didn't bring any of the lads through who I am talking about, but you've brought through a few I grant you. Just don't expect them to show you loyalty when you've poached others showing no loyalty either.
And you can't blame them, really. Its a job.
